Terms and Conditions

A deposit of $1,500.00 per person is required at the time of reservation. Full payment is due 70 days prior to departure.

Will be based on airfares (if applicable) and exchange rates at the time of quoting, or at the time of any price list printing and may be subject to alteration any time up until receipt of final payment.

Deposits are nonrefundable unless 'Australia New Zealand Golf' (ANZG) cancels the tour. In this instance all deposits will be refunded.

Cancellations received 69-41 days prior to departure will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the land cost.

Cancellations received 40-21 days prior to departure will be subject to a cancellation fee of 75% of the land cost.

Cancellations received 20 days or less prior to departure will be subject to forfeiture of the entire land cost. Passengers who cancel without notifying ANZG prior to departure will receive no refund.

Any amendments to a booked itinerary will incur a charge of $50.00 per change which will apply whether or not payment is held on the booking.

Subject to normal airline conditions.

ANZG and its agents cannot be held responsible for any alterations which may occur in the timetable of services, other than those owned and operated by the company, for any reason whatsoever.

Should passengers incur additional expenses, they are the responsibility of each passenger.

The right is reserved to cancel or amend any itinerary or program if it should become necessary. The company shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness or injury, however and by whomsoever caused and of whatever kind occurring of or to the passenger at any time when the passenger is not on board the carrier or conveyance used or operated by the company. The passage contract used by the company shall constitute the sole contract between them and the purchaser of these tours and/or passengers.

All tickets, deposit tickets, coupons and orders are furnished and issued subject in all respects to those terms and conditions under which the means of transportation or other services provided thereby are offered or supplied by owners, operators, public carriers, managing agents.

The company is not liable for any injury or property damage arising caused by circumstances within and reserves the right to amend, make variation to or cancel the tours, accommodation, transportation or other services and facilities advertised in this brochure. These conditions cannot be varied or altered or waived by any servant or agent or representative of the company or by any person providing services or facilities.

The company will not be bound by representation purported to have been made on its behalf unless it confirms or has confirmed or made a representation in writing.

The company reserves the right to utilize hotels other than those named in itineraries to suit amended hotel reservations. It finalizes all arrangements upon the express conditions as set out herewith. That it shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity occasioned either through acts of default on the part of the company or persons engaged in conveying the passengers or in carrying out arrangements for the tours, or otherwise in connection therewith.

As the arrangements for each entire tour as specified in the itineraries represents a complete package of arrangements, an itemization of costs will not be rendered. Bookings are only accepted on these conditions and the responsibilities as outlined above. Payment of a deposit is deemed to be an acknowledgment of this understanding.
